Until you make the unconscious conscious, it will direct your life, and you will call it fate.
— Carl Jung

What you get

No journaling prompts. No vision boards. Just the thing that's been running you this whole time.

🧠

You'll stop blaming yourself

You're not broken or self-sabotaging. There's a specific belief making your decisions. Once you see it, the shame dissolves and you finally have a target instead of a vague sense of failure.

🔄

The pattern finally makes sense

Why you scroll instead of sleep. Why you can't stick to anything past day 7. Why you feel fake around people. The chaos suddenly has a structure, and structure can be changed.

You understand why willpower hasn't worked

The thing you've been trying to change for years? The unconscious belief is stronger than your conscious intention. Now you know what you're actually up against.

What happens when you see and rewire your patterns

"Ginny helped me break through unconscious beliefs around sharing my authentic voice. I started showing up confidently and landed commissions from top-tier clients, connected with high-profile individuals. The shift was practical, spiritual, and surprisingly healing."

Sharmaine Kwan

Multimedia Artist

"I went from thinking connection meant performing and pleasing people, to realizing it's about being authentic. Breaking through that unconscious belief changed everything. I started having real conversations, reconnecting with people, and even reached out to someone I'd been avoiding for years."

Thomas Bosket

Abstract Artist, Parsons Professor, Featured in New York Times

"Ginny helped me uncover unconscious beliefs around money and visibility. Breaking through those patterns made me more confident in all areas of my life. I started doing outreach, pitching journalists, and expanding my business in ways I never thought possible."

Audrey Vovan

Creative Entrepreneur

"Working with Ginny was the best thing that happened to me last year. She helped me uncover unconscious beliefs around self-worth and being seen. Because I became more confident sharing my creative work, I landed commissions and grew my business, but more importantly, I grew as a person."

Jawaher AB.

Creative Business Owner

"I was crying my eyes out before I saw this. The full-blown truth of what holds me back was finally mirrored back to me, perfectly and clearly, at last. It was outlined in a way I could never have seen myself, because I was simply too close to it all. Once I saw the pattern, everything clicked. This is so powerful, so liberating."

Sieglinde VD.

Multi-disciplinary Creative Professional

"I couldn't put into words what I created or why I created it. I unconsciously didn't have the language for it. Ginny's work helped me see the unconscious patterns and realize the purpose behind my work. Once I could clearly express what I do, I made my very first sales."

Hi, I'm Ginny Wan.

I built a 6-figure agency by 26. I was also burning out.

Profitable. Living the dream. But my body was breaking down, creativity gone, and I couldn't remember the last time I actually enjoyed the work.

Ginny Wan teaching at UCL

During a transformative experience, I discovered something shocking: a fourteen-year-old girl desperate to earn her place in a foreign land had designed my entire business. A toddler terrified of abandonment had decided who I needed to be to feel safe.

I had commercialized my people-pleasing. My business model was built on a survival pattern and an unconscious belief that "If I'm valuable to others, I am worthy of love."

That realization sent me on an obsessive investigation: What else was I unconscious of? What other patterns were running my life without my awareness?

I spent the next few years investigating exactly how we are programmed. I trained with world-renowned hypnotherapists like Paul McKenna and Richard Bandler, the co-founder of Neuro-Linguistic Programming. I studied esoteric philosophies at University of Amsterdam's Centre for Hermetic Philosophy and studied Jungian psychology. I experimented with everything that promised to peel back the layers of the unconscious: various therapeutic modalities, somatic work, breathwork, meditation, and techniques taught by ancient traditions and Mystery Schools.

The research was clear. The human brain processes 11 million bits of information per second. Our conscious mind handles 40 to 50 bits. The rest, 10,999,950 bits, are filtered by the unconscious before they reach awareness.

By age 35, roughly 95% of what we do, think, and feel operates unconsciously. We're not making conscious choices. We're running programs installed before we could speak.

This quiz reveals the invisible patterns running your life on autopilot so you can finally see what you've been blind to.
