Pillar 03
Most people picture limiting beliefs as dramatic statements: "I'm not good enough." "I'll never be successful." "Money is bad."
The real ones are quieter. "Don't be too much." "Don't outshine the room." "If you slow down, you disappear." They sound less like beliefs and more like operating rules — which is exactly what they are. Software installed before you were old enough to question it, still making decisions on your behalf.
This pillar is for people who've already done the surface work. You've read the books. You know your triggers. The affirmations stopped working. What's left is the deeper layer: the beliefs you don't even know you're running because they feel like you, not beliefs.
The work isn't replacing one belief with another. It's noticing the rule, asking what it was protecting, and offering it a different job.
